50대' 갱년기의 여성입니다. 자주 두근 거리고 신경이 날카로웠는데, '성 요한의 풀'이 많은 도움이 됐습니다. 밤에 푹 잠도 잘자고 신경이 많이 안정이 되었습니다.우울하거나,신경이 날카로운 분은 한번 복용 해 보시기를 추천합니다.

좋다고 알고 있어서 아이허브에서는 처음으로 구매했던 제품입니다. 일단 캡슐로 되어있구요 열었을때 허브 냄새가 강합니다. 뚜렷한 효과는 모르겠지만 괜찮은거 같네요.
