생리전후때만 되면 여드름이 심해져서 호르몬이 문제가 있나 싶어서 먹고 있는데요. 아직 효과는 잘 모르겠네요. 효과가 좋았으면 좋겠네요

아버지께서 손등이 아파서 병원에 가셨는데, 의사가 아연이 부족하다고, 아연섭취가 필요하다고 하길래 구입했어요. 아연성분이 남자들한테 특히 좋다네요. 다른 환자분께도 권하시는걸 여러번 봤어요. 암튼 꾸준히 복용하셔서 효과보셨으면 좋겠습니다.
