종합영양제에 비타민ㅌ함량이 좀 미달되는 듯해서 셀레늄이랑 따로 사서 같이 복용해주는데요, 아직 한달도 안되서 잘 모르겠지만요, 3개월이상 복용후 알 것같아요~

유비퀴놀이랑 같이 먹으려고 구매했는데 열심히 먹는 중이예요! 아직 큰 효과는 모르겠지만 만족스러워요 ㅋㅋ 아침에 일어나기도 한결 편하고 좋네요
