아직 먹은지 얼마 안된거 같아서 잘 모르겠지만 먹는데 부담도 없고 외국약치고는 알도 작아서 넘기기 편해요 소프트캡슐이라 맛을 느낄 일이 없겠지만 한번 씹어 먹어봤는데 오메가3처럼 그렇게 많이 비리지는 않았습니다 ㅎ

그 전엔 퓨리탄 프라이드였나 그 제품 사먹었는데 이번엔 유명한 나우사 제품을 사봤어요 가격, 배송 모두 만족하는데 제형이 좀 딱딱해서 삼킬 때 목구멍에 좀 걸리네요 그래도 생리통에 직빵이고 여자한테 필수라니 꾸준히 먹으려구요
