서플리먼트를 종류별로 마니 먹어서 특별하게 이것 때문에 뭐가 좋아 지고 그런건 모르겠어요 좋다닌깐 먹는중 향이 좋아요

가루로 먹어보면 새콤 상콤하다고 해서 먹었다가 지옥을 맛봤어요...그냥 물이랑 캡슐형태로 먹는게 젤 낫네요;
