임산부 또는 수유부용으로 적당하다고 해서 구매했습니다. 장코팅이 되었다고 하더니 표면이 다른 오메가-3와는 다른 것 같습니다. DHA가 더 많이 들었으니 모유에도 더 좋겠죠.

우리나라에선(한국) 임산부들이 먹는 오메가3가 없는데요 저 이거 보고 바로 주문하고 지금 잘 먹고 있어요 손+다리 절여서 정말 힘들었는데 요 오메가3 먹고나서 저 완전 좋아졌어요 사람들에게 많이 알릴께요^^

처음으로 먹어본 오메가 3!!

임신 준비 중인데요. DHA 함량이 높아서 과감히 선택했습니다. 거의 한달이 다 되어 가는데요~~ 아직은 잘 모르겠지만~ 요즘 컨디션은 좋습니다!!! 굿~~

아저씨 그림 있는 오메가3보다 소화하면서 나는 냄새가 덜합니다. 특히 임신부들에게 추천 저도 임신중에 먹었습니다.
