먹기두 편하네요~~ 이전엔 타블렛으로 된 다른 칼슘을 먹었는데 위에 부담이 되는듯 해서 요걸루 바꿔봤어요~~~ 해조칼슘이 위에도 부담이 적다는 소릴 어디서 줏어들어서~~~^^;;; 베지캡으로 되있어서 타블렛보다 먹기두 편하네요~~~^^
