아침, 저녁에 1캡슐씩 먹고 있습니다. 대용량이라보니 마음 편안하네요. 음... 이전에 먹었던 것보다는 조금 약하지 않나 싶습니다. 다 먹은 후에는 다른 제품을 구입해 보려고 합니다. ^ ^;;
