시나몬답게 계피 냄새가 많이 나고요. 항산화제가 다 그렇겠지만, 눈에 띄는 효능은 모르겠구, 나쁘진 않은 거 같아요.

계피향을 갠적으로 많이 좋아함. 그리고 항산화효과도 있고 좋다고 해서 구매했는데 아직 잘 모르겠음. 워낙 많은 제품을 먹고 있어서 좋은지 모르겠는데 느낌상 좋은듯함 ㅎㅎㅎ.

다른 항산화제 사면서 돌려먹으려고 이 제품을 샀네요. 항산화제는 각각 작용하는 것이 조금씩 다르기 때문에 여러 제품을 돌려가며 먹는것이 효과적이라 들었어요.
