아빠도 비염이 있으셔서 구매한 스피루리나~ 아빠는 약을 싫어하시는데 의외로 이건 약 느낌이 아니라 그런지 열심히 챙겨드신답니다~*

변비에도 좋고, 피부도 좋아지고, 무엇보다 독소가 몸속에서 빠진다고 해서... 열심히 먹고 있습니다. 한국 기준으로 나온 스피룰리나가 하루 1000mg 섭취로 되어 있어서 저는 하루 두알만 먹어요.

좋아요>.< 비타민A, 베타카로틴이 너무 많아서 겹치는 서플리가 있어 좀 걱정이지만, 어느정도는 수용성으로 빠져나간다고 하더군요.. 변비해소 탁월><
