I suffer from chronic fatigue and the spray made a real difference and gave me more energy and I wasn't feeling as sleepy. My 80 year old father who has heart problems and his partner who had a stroke both benefitted from the spray and had more energy. We're all very happy with it and would recommend it.

Because I'm a vegetarian, I need to take a B12 supplement but haven't until now. I've been more than happy with this product because as an added bonus for me,since I started using it,I haven't been having chest pains that I've had for many years. It may be a coincidence or psychological but whatever the reason, the pains have gone away and this was something the doctors couldn't accomplish for me.

I purchased 3 bottles and was somewhat disappointed. On two of the bottles, the sprays did not work correctly and leaked, on the third bottle, the spray did work, but it still leaked. I don't like the taste at all. They seem to work- and that is the only reason I am not sending them back. Next time I will look for another liposomal B12 or a nasal spray to purchase.

Great in flavor and good price, BUT! It has the WORST kind of spray can ever. The liquid wasn't spray well from the first place and as a result micro-amounts of volume were going unused. In about almost three months after it was first opened, a fungus or maybe a kind of microorganism (probably an archaea, instead of a bacteria specie) has been growing inside the top of the can (inside the two upper parts of the cap). I've opened the top of the lid and put most of the parts for sterilization... I hope that the liquid hasn't been infected. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT.

I love this spray. I've had spearmint flavored B-12 before and it tasted awful, even though I love spearmint. This raspberry flavor is like having dessert! I feel like I get a better energy boost from the spray than from sublingual tablets I have tried.
