비타민C, 종합비타민, 오메가3는 꼭 챙겨드시면서 아미노산은 등한시 하는 경향이 있는데요, 꼭 드셨으면 좋겠어요. 저희 가족은 아미노산 섭취한 뒤로 좋은 경험을 많이 했습니다.

이제 종합은 빼먹어도 아미노산은 못빼먹어요 이거 먹고난 이후로 체력도 좋아지고 특히 손목통증이 나아졌습니다. 손톱이나 머리가 빨리 자라는것도 느껴집니다. 피부탄력에도 도움을 주어 모공도 줄어드네요. 비타민b종합이랑 먹으면 탈모에도 도움이 되더군요. 한번에 먹는 양이 많아 부담스럽긴 하지만 효과 때문에 즐겁게 먹고 있습니다. 몇년째 끊지않고 꾸준히 먹고 있어요. 계속 먹을 생각이구요.

근육량이 30-40대에 비해 많이 적어졌습니다. 그렇다고 바쁜 일과에 헬스클럽에 다닐 수도 없고요. 간간히 운동 하지만 단백질보충제로 복용하니 어느정도 근육량이 복구 되고 지방이 줄어듭디다. 나이들면 호르몬이 빠져나가 여러가지 괴로운데 근육량이 개선되니 증상이 좀 나아 집디다.
