식욕억제에는 전혀 효과를 보이고 있지 않지만..확실히 잠은 잘 오게 하는 것 같아요. 낮에는 절대 드시지 마세요.. 오래 먹어야 효과가 난다니 계속 먹어보려구요 ^^

기분장애에 효과있습니다. 우울감이나 기분의 변화가 많이 줄어들었고 마음이 평안해지고 차분해지면서 밤에 잠도 잘 자게 되었습니다.

기분적 측면도 도움이 되고 수면에도 도움이 되네요 멜라토닌은 아무 효과 없었는데... 그리고 몸의 균형이 바로 잡혀가는데 도움이 됩니다.

저는 심한 불면증이 있는데 저한테는 조금 모자란 듯하네요 초기 불면증 있을때 이 제품을 알았다면 참 좋았을듯..아쉽네요
