아직 한통 다 못먹어서 모르겠어요 피부가 좋아진다고하는데 더 먹어봐야 알것같아요~~~ 6알먹는것만 좀 힘들어요 ㅠ

콜라겐을 알약으로 먹으니 편하군요 잘 먹고 있습니다. 눈에 띄는 효과는 아니지만 피부가 건강해진 느낌을 받았어요

히알루론산 먹고 있는게 있어서 이제 먹기 시작했어요^^ 아무래도 가루보다 흡수가 더디다고 하던데... 들고 다니기엔 좋네요^^
