곶감과 말린 대추 사이의 맛과 비슷해요 약간 단맛이있고 조금 질겨서 그냥 먹기 보다는 토마토와 갈아서 마셔 요 ~ 고지베리를 넣으면 단맛도 나고 토마토 쥬스 색상도 더 예쁘더라구요 먹는양도 아주 조금씩만 넣어서 먹는것이기 때문에 생각보다 오랫동안 먹을수 있을것 같아요 혈압이 많이 올랐었는데 이것 몇번 먹은후 혈압 체크하니 혈압이 정상보다 약간 아래로 나왔네요 ~ 약간 혈압이 낮으면 오히려 건강에 좋데요 ^^

저희 남편은 중국에서 나는 구기자가 헐씬 좋은거라는데.. 전 갠 적으로 만족하고 지금도 열심히 먹고 있는중입니다.
