i dont kno its for what reason..but i had been taking the fenugreek supplement for a week and then i started taking blessed thistle along with it...soon after 4-5 days i had red rashes on some parts of my body...i m not sure of the reason...but as i m breastfeeding my baby did not wanted to take any chances,so i stopped both for somedays.....although my milk suppy has increased considerably,i think i will again start up with both the supplements..and give another review and also rate the herb accordingly.
