It taste like hawaian papaya and it has a lot of nutrients. I feel full when i drink it.

The Nature's Plus, Source of Life, Gold Liquid, Delicious Tropical Fruit Flavor, 8 fl oz (236 ml) (NAP-30705) was a great complete liquid supplement for me and my mother on the go and has a pleasant taste not too bitter and gives energy.

The taste is VERY very sour and tart (not in a good way) and I've tried better liquid vitamins before (Daily Complete from Awareness Life). I won't be buying this again.
