Just bought this vitamin D for the first time because iherb has such good prices. This was my number 1 choice because it is in extra virgin olive oil and has no other ingredients. I take a drop a day in the morning and is quite easy using the bottle. Just tip it upside down and wait for a drop to land on my tongue. Tastes like olive oil. I have had my vitamin D25 OH level checked regularly for over 3 years due to severe osteoporosis treatment. After I switched to this as my main source of D3, my blood level of D25 OH dropped unexpectedly. I do not trust this product and wish I had not been using it for over half a year. Brands I trust based on testing are Now and Life Extension.

Love that the bottle is glass and it's nice to find a high IU of vitamin D with a good price!

Great price for high potency drops! Flows easier than others I've tried that became too sticky to use!
