The reaction to such a product is very individual. I liked it! Well-being during the reception was excellent, felt a burst of energy. Improved digestion. However, I saw a lot of liquid. My result minus 4 kg! did not like the fact that the capsules are large, three of them to drink, and be able to swallow, had to drink a lot.

Not sure it is doing anything

I purchased this because of the recommendation on Dr. Oz to take raspberry ketones, which this contains. But not sure I see anything happening, although I did break my foot shortly after receiving so have not been exercising. However my impression was that that shouldn't make a difference. Happy to note that it does smell like raspberries!
