이거 먹으면 속이 완전 더부룩하고 계속 생선트림 올라와서 힘들어요 식전,식후 모두 다 그래요~ 위장이 약한 분들은 식사 도중에 드시는게 가장 좋을 듯 하네여;; 전 안맞아서 다른사람 줬어요
