노르딕 내추럴스 액체형 먹다가 캡슐로 바꿨는데 보관도 편하고 좋아요. 머리가 많이 빠져서 먹는데 효과는 액체형이 더 괜찮은 것 같지만 간편해서 계속 이거 먹을거에요

다른 오메가3제품들은 한 번에 2알씩 먹어야 하는데 이건 1알씩만 먹어도 되고, 워낙 작은 아가들로 만든거라서 안전해서 좋아요
