이거 먹으면 속이 완전 더부룩하고 계속 생선트림 올라와서 힘들어요 식전,식후 모두 다 그래요~ 위장이 약한 분들은 식사 도중에 드시는게 가장 좋을 듯 하네여;; 전 안맞아서 다른사람 줬어요

비린내가 나요

신선한 피쉬오일에서는 비린내가 나지 않는데, 이 제품에선 비린내가 나요. 좀 비싸긴 해도 노르딕 내추럴즈 (nordic naturals) 제품 사는게 좋을 것 같네요.

먹기 전과 후가 거의 차이가 없당. 비타민C 만큼의 효과가 없었당. 가격도 비싼데.. 안 머겅.

알약이 너무 커서 목넘김이 쉽지 않음 크다고 절때로 가위로 짤르지 말것 비린 기름이 퉁성 후두둑 나와 냄새가 진동을 함
