I tried this product because I needed a daily cleanser that was easy to take and would be gentle on my system. This product was all of that and more I loved it. Thank you

Internal Cleanse great way to start the day

Yes Refresh Daily Cleanse does give you a healthy state of mind and body start for the day. It takes a little use to the taste of once you are use to it its easier to swallow. Its lemon light sweet flavor. Take on an empty stomach first thing in the morning. I wait 30 mins before I put anything in my stomach. Its also a gentle laxative also thats what I found it to be for me. Rhonda Canada
