칼슘영양제와 같이 늘 먹어주고 있는데, 효과가 좋은 거 같아요. 단단해지는 느낌이랄까.. 늙어서 고생안할려고 계속 먹을생각임.

남친이 머리가 빠져서 고민해서 사준건데.. 아직은 효과가 없어요. 그래도 모든지 꾸준히 먹어봐야하는거라서... 나중에 다먹음 또 살려구요^^

사실 눈에 보이는 효과는 잘 모르겠지만 열심히 먹고 있습니다. 냄새 많이 역해서 비위 약한 사람은 못 먹어요, 피부를 위해서라면 머라도 먹을 수 있다고 자부하는 사람만 먹을 수 있는맛

먹기가 좀 괴로워서.. 물에 탔는데 저한텐 맛이 좀 역해요. 차라리 알약으로 살껄... 쥬스에 한번 타먹어 보려구요.. 네 번정도 뿐이 안먹어서..효과는 잘 모르겠네요
