안해본 다이어트가 없을만큼 다이어트 아주 사랑합니다 ㅋㅋ 평생 다이어트해야할 정도로 금방살찌고 또 금방빠지는 ㅜㅜ 뭐든 운동과 함께 해야 효과있구요 CLA먹으면 확실히 목이 마르고 물을 많이 마시게되요 운동할때 열감도 더 납니다 뱃살과 허벅지살이 많이 빠지는것같아요 ^^ 천연이라 성분도 안심되고 가격대비 효과좋은것같아요

꾸준히 먹고 인바디 했더니 체지방 1키로 감소 했어요~

두통째 먹고 있는 중이구요 운동은 핫요가 일주일에 한두번정도 했는데 2주전에 했던 인바디에선 복부비만이었는데 2주 후에 인바디 재보니까 체지방1키로 감소하고 근력이 0.9키로 늘었어요, 2주동안 운동도 안하고 약만 열시미먹었더니.. 물론 위를 줄이고자 먹는양은 좀 줄였던거같아요. 특히 복부지방 수치가 정상으로 돌아왔어요. 넘신기하고. 부작용도없고 너므좋아요
