왜 별이 3개반인가 했는데;;나도 그닥 효과를 모르겠다 아직 하달도 안돼서 그런지 모르겠지만..며칠 먹어보니 조금 포만감이 느껴지기도하고;;살빼는 약 같은 그런 효능은 기대안하는게 좋을듯;;그래도 아싸이베리 몸에 좋고 가격도 착하니;;한달분 먹어보고 다음번 재구매 생각해봐야겠다

캡슐안에 가루가 들어잇는데 그걸 빼서 요플레어 풀어 먹어도 좋습니다 ^^

캡슐은 가끔 목에붙어서 고통스러운데 좀 작게만들거나 타블렛으로 만들면 좋겠어요

워낙 유명한 제품이라 별다른 설명이 필요 없죠 ㅎㅎ 캡슐이라 먹기도 좋구요, 부모님이 아사이 베리 드시고 효과 보셔서 저두 꾸준히 복용하려구요!
