아직은 잘모름...1달이상 먹어야 알듯하다. 다른제품이란 별차이가 없다면 가격은 매우 착해서좋다. 꼭 다이어트가 아니래도 홍화씨는 좋으니까..

이것은 지방을 분해를 하면서 근육을 유지시켜준다고 합니다. 매우 기대를 가지고 복용중입니다. 그리고 함께 운동을 하고 있습니다. 한달이 지났는데 체중이 약간 감소를 하였습니다.
