My Aunt suggested Swiss Kriss to me, she said she's been a fan for some 40 years. As for me, I have been a chronic pain sufferer for 4 years and the pain meds don't help with regularity. This stuff works and it's not a severe or harsh laxative. I like the way it smells, too, nice and natural.

iHerb's prices are very reasonable and my order arrived very shortly after it was placed. I mix 1 Qt.of water & 1 heaping T.of Swiss Kriss - bring to boil and steam my face with a towel draped over the pan. Excellent!
