나노입자로되어있어 흡수가 더 좋다고 하여 바꿔봤는데 20일정도 복용하였고 효과는 조금더 뛰어나지 않나 싶습니다 한팩씩포장되어서 휴대하기 매우 편리합니다 집에서는 나우푸드를 드시고 밖에선 이제품으로 드시면 좋을것같습니다
