Great product at a great value

Just wanted to say it is a very good product. It is a pure cal citrate unlike a lot of the other calcium products. The body is able to absorb it more easily then calcium carbonate which is found in most other calcium products. I needed to use this product because it doesn't contain Vitamin D. I am on a prescription Vitamin D and can not take any other Vitamin D with it. This is a large pill so be aware of that. 1 pill equals 1000mg.
