가격대비 함량 등등 따져봤을때 비슷하긴 하지만 하루1정이면 충분하다는 간편함때문에 보라지꽃 종자유를 선택하게 됐습니다.

다들 모르시나봐요... 라식수술후 많이건조해서 서너달에 한번씩 눈물약 타쓰곤 했는데 이거먹고 석달넘게 눈물약하나도 안써요.

생리전 증후군이 조금 줄었어요.

하루 두알씩 챙겨먹어요. 여러가지를 함께 먹고있긴 한데 생리전 통증이 조금 줄었어요. 그외엔 아직 큰 변화가 없네요.
