요즘 비타민 D 먹으란 말 정말 많이 들었어요

상대적으로 소홀했던 비타민 디였는데요, 요즘 새삼 그 중요성이 대중매체에 많이 부각되고 있어서 부랴 부랴 구입해서 복용하고 있어요^^(이 팔랑귀를 어찌할꼬~~~~). 부작용없고, 복용 간편하고 가격 부담없습니다.

집에서 액상으로 된 걸 먹는데, 사무실에서 먹게 될 때가 많아 추가로 구입했어요~편해서 좋구요~알약이 넘 귀여워서 기분이 좋아요

비타민 D는 D3으로 먹어야한데서 선택했는데, 알도 작아서 먹기 편하네요. 가격도 아주 착하고요~ 매일 하나씩 먹고 있는데, 항암 역할도 한다니 꾸준히 먹으려고요~
