I would recommend this product strongly to persons who easily feel stressed/depressed

I know that VD3 is not a formula for enhancing mood, or treating depression. But I feel emotionally much healthier and stronger after regularly taking this product. By the way, I take 1 pill of this product with a full meal (normally at dinner), every day. It could be the so-called placebo effect, I guess. But I did not feel the same effect while taking multivits or other kinds of mood enhancing formulas... 자취하면서 주말이면 거의 방에 틀어박혀서 나오지 않는데 (돈을 아끼느라 ㅠㅠ) 주중에 받은 스트레스가 안 풀리고 답답했던 느낌이 비타민 D3를 챙겨먹게 되면서 거의 사라졌어요. 이번에 아이허브에서 여러 제품 구입했는데 그 중에서 가장 효과좋고 재구매 의사 있는 제품입니다. 정말 기분이 좋아져요 (기분 좋아지는 효과를 기대하고 구입한 건 아니었는데^^) 다음엔 함량 더 높은 것에도 도전해 보려구요^^
