저는하루에 세번 식후 바로 먹네요.. 소변양이 좀 많아지고요.. 아직 한통을 다 먹어보질 않았기에 어떤 효과를 말씀드리기 뭐하지만... 그래도 배는 쏙..들어간듯합니다. ㅋㅋㅋ 효과 보고 있는 중!!!

2주 정도 복용했구요.. 운동을 안 해서 그런지 현상유지만 하고 있습니다~ 부작용은 없구요...
