I got this to experimentally tide me over when I (and New Chapter) ran out of their Breathe tablets, which are fantastic - as a smoker I found that product realy good. This is basically for different problems, so to compare is unfair. I take this once a day, not 3 times as directed on the bottle, so I haven't really noticed any difference.
