호랑이처럼 힘이 막 솟아나는건 아니지만 비가와도 몸이 무겁지 않아요ㅎㅎ 눈에띄는 효과가 있는건 아니지만 항산화제니까 꾸준히 복용해봐야지요 코큐텐은 지용성이라 베지캡이나 타블렛형태보다 소프트겔형태가 더 흡수율이 높다고하네요
