5000짜리 샀다가 매일 먹기엔 부담스러워서 2000짜리로 사봤어요~~ 저에겐 필수 비타민 이예요

주위분의 추천으로 알게되었습니다.종합비타민제를 먹고있지만 D3는 적게 들어가있어 늘 부족함을 느끼고 있던차에... 값도 저렴하고해서 여러통을 구입해서 주위에 선물도하고 부지런히 먹고있습니다.아직 효과는 모르겠지만 꼭 필요한 영양소이니 부지런히 애용 할 생각입니다.

몸에 특별히 나타나는건 없지만.. 비타민 b랑 같이 섭취하는데..몸이 한결가벼워진걸 느낀답니다

의사가 d를 먹으라고 했다고 해서 이걸구입해서 드렸는데 약통은 작지만 거의 반년분량이네요 복용 1달째 아직 효과는 모르겠어요
