이건 타블렛 형식이라 그런지 좀더 컸습니다. 삼키기가 약간 불편하긴 하네요. 그래도 1g짜리 보단 더 많으니 계속 먹고 있습니다.

팔 접히는 부분에 아토피가 있어서 식사후 참을수 없는 가려움증이 올라왔는데 요 OPTI MSM을 먹고 나서 가려움증이 없어지더라구요. 요즘은 하루 3번 식사후 2알씩 비타민 C와 함께 먹고 있습니다.
