금방 효과를 알수 있는게 아니라서...앞으로 추가 구매해서 구준히 드시게 하려구요.일단 부담이 덜 하니까.근데 마이신처럼 베지캡이라 별로 안 좋아하시는것 같아요

제가 먹은게 아니라 효과는 모르겠네요.. 개인적으론 글루코사민은 직접적으로 관절에 효과가 없다는 소리는 어디서 줏어 들어서..^^ 별루 추천안합니다..
