cla는 이번이 처음인데 솔직히 효과는 어떤건지 모르겠어요;; 체지방이 빠진다는데 워낙 체지방이 많아서 요걸로다가 뺀다는건 무리일테고, 크게 효과를 보이지도 않을 듯 하지만 꾸준히 더 먹어보려구요. 체중이 유지되고 있다는 것만으로 만족.
