These are small tablets with small amounts of few only harmless fillers. Beside of other mineral bisglycinate chelates like Carlsons Chelated Copper tabs or products containing Albions Ferrochel (ferrous (bis)glycinate) this is the perfect choice for zinc in the form of zinc (bis)glycinate. A study on organic trace mineral sources in animal nutrition has shown zinc glycinate (this is a real chelate) to be even more bioavailable than zinc methionine (zinc MONOmethionine is a complex only, one methionine and one sulfate ion per zinc ion). That's why I think it may be the preferable form of zinc for human, too.
