I was taking the Bluebonnet caps but am now taking the drops as I'd read they were more readily absorbed. There is just a hint of citrus; a nice light taste. I plan on using this form in the future!

this is great. one drop a day is all you need and you're off and running. it has a very mild taste, but it is a little like sunshine!
