하루 한알만 먹어도 되서 부담없구요.. 캡슐형이라 위에 부담이 덜한거 같아요.. 그전에 먹던게 속 쓰림이 있어서 이걸루 바꿨거든요.. 좋아요~지금 3병째 먹는 중^^
