I ordered this product along with the Natural Factors Double Strength, ZYMACTIVE, to help an area of inflammation in my lower lumbar reagion that gave cause for my left foot to be parially numb. I believe it is the Enzymes that reduced the inflammation. This product: Glucosamine Celadrin MSM, I am taking to see if it will help rebuild the (almost) herniated disk in my lower lumbar spine. That rebuilding might take more time, so I can't give it a full rating yet, but it was highly recommended by someone who was helped greatly by this product.
