This works for us, our daughter gets quite sleepy after taking this, and normally is asleep within 30 minutes in a good deep sleep.

My son will ask for the bee medicine when he coughs. We had bought this before, but everywhere was sold out, so happy Iherb has it. Helps my son sleep through the night when he has a cough and love that it is homeopathic. Also love the Hyland brand products, which seem to worm better for colds. This helps ease sore throats from coughing. I've also taken it when I had a sore throat.
