필요한 영양소가 적당한 용량으로 골고루 들어있구요 하루 한알만 먹으면 되니 편리하고 가격도 저렴해요 근데 유리용기가 불필요하다고 생각되네요 무거워서 배송비가 쫌 더 붙어요 ㅡ,.ㅡ

뭐 비타민은 먹을땐 잘모르겠는데;;;ㅎㅎ 피로도가 줄었을라나..ㅎㅎ적당한 가격에 좋아서 3개사서 가족끼리 다 먹고 있어요! 괜찮은것 같아요!유리병은 진짜 무거움
