This is the only health bar visiting grandkids will eat. Not sure about soy so I keep looking for alternatives but this one continues to be their favorite.

Pretty Good

These are pretty good as a quick and easy snack in between meals (with a decent amount of protein) but do have a slight "grainy" texture which I am not so keen on.
