I have lost weight simply because I am not hungry. I feel in control of my cravings, which is such a relief. The lovely chewy, decadent texture more than makes up for no sugar. The more you eat these bars the less you realise there is no sugar. The Chocolate Fudge is extremely decadent.

Good, but not the most healty bar

Good bar, but there is many bars that taste better. I like this bar because it gives me a good amount of protein, and its a nice little meal if you are hungry and maybe in a hurry and you need something simple. Unfortunately, it also gives me a little amount of sugar, wich I dont want to have in my food. It could have tasted a bit more too, I think.
