하루에 3알씩 먹는데 유산균 먹고 뱃속도 편해지고 하루에 한번에서 두번씩 화장실 갑니다. 전 효과가 잇네요.

초유 성분에 몸속 칸디다 막아주는 유산균 성분들이 있는 제품인데 분유 가루 같은게 캡슐에 담겨있는 제형이에요. 딱히 부작용없이 잘 먹었어요. 효과도 잘 모르겠네요~
