500칼로리 지켜주신다면 감량은 확실해용 동종요법이라 혹시 감량이 적거나 효과가 없을까봐 걱정했는데 프로토콜만 지켜주신다면 감량문제는 걱정안하셔도 될거같아용^0^

물론 식단이 중요한거 같기는 하지만 500칼로리 식단을 힘들이지 않고 할수 있게 도와준 제품이예요 힘들이지 않고 40일 진행한 결과 9키로 정도 감량했어요 6주정도 있다가 다시 시작하려고 하는데...그때 또 착한 가격으로 만났으면 좋겠어요
